Abstract
However the cover of this thesis carries my name, I would like to concede the fact that I in no way warrant all of the credit for this thesis or for my further success. Most of all I would like to thank Prof. Dr. Ahmed Samir Sultan, without his help, this thesis would not have been completed, I can’t forget that he opened the lab to me in his feast as he care about my work and future. Dr. Ahmed was always here in lab for guiding and fixing my mistakes. He elevates my scientific ambition. Also tolerated my faults, guided me always to do the right, taught me the scientific writing, kindly encouraged me and he always drive me to read more and more to be the best. No words can express his role in my life, literary he changed me. Prof. Dr. Olfat Mohey El- Dein Awad, I can’t find a professor, doctor and mother like her who is willing to sit and listen to every single detail and problem I might have had. She stands with me, guide me and observed me in lab and checked my progress, helped me in the scientific writing. I learned from her a lot in the scientific field and also she improved my personal skills. She always said to me that I deserve to be successful and without her efforts this thesis would not found. I am lucky to have two professors with everlasting focus, good soul, clear heart, good advice, encouraging words and everlasting hope for me to succeed.
