Based on what the reality of industrial secondary schools reflects from a set of problems and obstacles that may limit their development and improvement, the importance of their need for excellence has been confirmed. Which necessitates studying some contemporary global excellence models, and benefiting from them, and working according to their standards and indicators, to reach these schools to achieve their institutional excellence, and based on this, the research problem was represented in: How can institutional excellence be achieved in industrial secondary schools based on some contemporary global models? The research aimed to: monitor the reality of institutional excellence in industrial secondary schools, and identify the most important obstacles and requirements for achieving it in these schools, in order to build a proposed strategy to achieve institutional excellence based on some contemporary global models, and according to the nature of the research and its variables, the descriptive approach was used and employed In theorizing of research variables, using (resolution) as a research tool; For data collection, analysis, and interpretation, it was applied to a sample of principals and teachers of three-year industrial secondary schools in Dakahlia Governorate. Based on the research problem, answering its questions, achieving its objectives, and in accordance with the methodology and tools that were used, the research topic was addressed by dividing it into six chapters: the first is entitled: The general framework for research, the second is entitled: The conceptual framework for institutional excellence, and the third is entitled: The most prominent global models of institutional excellence, the fourth is entitled: Institutional excellence in industrial secondary schools, the fifth is entitled: The field framework for research, and the sixth is entitled: Research results and the proposed strategy of institutional excellence. The research concluded with: Building a proposed strategy to achieve institutional excellence in industrial secondary schools based on some models contemporary global. Among the most important results that were reached: that the reality of institutional excellence in industrial secondary schools from the point of view of the total research sample is achieved at a low degree, and that there are a set of obstacles that exist at a high degree in these schools, and limit the achievement of their institutional excellence, and that there is a set of excellence requirements that have been achieved. A high degree of approval may contribute to achieving the distinction of these schools, while recommending that industrial secondary schools should adopt.
