The problem of the study was the negatives of the digital, informative, and technological revolution, which forms pupil’s minds more than anything else, and 2) other behaviors that reflect negativity and indifference, represented in problems related to social relations and the problem of aggression. This development and progress has been accompanied by other developments in the world of cybercrime. Undoubtedly the world itself has turned into a means of destruction, as shown by the ugly image of the misused science and knowledge society, which attracts many children. The resulting behavior of this technology varies from the positive if it is used to the best advantage, and negative, if it is inconsistent with the legal rules and controls that regulate life in any digital society, and the dangers of the digital world’s domination. Therefore, the problem is the role played by education in building the society and maintaining its pillars and quality. This role is played too by Social Work in bringing up pupils on their society’s values, customs, and traditions. Teaching institutions should play a more effective role to confront the negatives of the digital world and virtual communities that attract pupils without a moral and value framework that governs their interactions with them and provides them with the foundations and rules necessary for the culture of digital citizenship. There is also a need for preventive, and motivational policies against the dangers of the Internet, to make the best use of its advantages through the general practice of social work to reduce the severity of the social, and moral behaviors suffered by pupils of basic education.
2- Study Aims:
This study seeks to identify the effectiveness of the preventive approach from the general practice perspective of social work and the development of a digital citizenship culture among the students of the basic education stage.
This is done by achieving the following sub-objectives:-
1- Identifying the effectiveness of the practice of the preventive approach from the perspective of the general practice of social work and the development of the cognitive aspect associated with the culture of digital citizenship among pupils of the basic education stage.
2- Identifying the effectiveness of the preventive approach from the perspective of the general practice of social work and the development of the emotional aspect associated with the culture of digital citizenship among pupils of basic education.
3- Identifying the effectiveness of the preventive approach from the perspective of the general practice of social work and the development of the behavioral aspect associated with the culture of digital citizenship among pupils of basic education.
3- Study hypotheses:
This study seeks to identify the validity of the main hypothesis: There is a positive relationship of statistical significance between the effectiveness of the preventive approach from the perspective of the general practice of social work and the development of a digital citizenship culture among the pupils of the basic education stage.
The main hypothesis of the recent study was to establish the validity of the following hypotheses:-
1- There is a positive relationship of statistical significance between the effectiveness of the practice of a preventive approach from the general practice perspective of social work and the development of the cognitive aspect associated with the development of a digital citizenship culture among pupils of basic education.
2- There is a statistically significant positive relationship between the effectiveness of the practice of a preventive approach from the perspective of the general practice of social work and the development of the emotional aspect associated with the development of a digital citizenship culture among pupils of basic education.
3- There is a statistically significant positive relationship between the effectiveness of the preventive approach from the perspective of the general practice of social work and the development of the behavioral aspect associated with the development of a digital citizenship culture among pupils of basic education.
4- Study methodology:
1- Design:
This study is considered an experimental study. The researcher selected this type of study because of the nature of the recent study. The researcher could identify and control several variables. The researcher tried to study the effect of the independent variable which is the effectiveness of the protective approach from the perspective of the general practice of social work on the dependent variable which is the development of a digital citizenship culture among the pupils of the basic education stage.
2- Methodology used:
The recent study is based on the use of the experimental method. The researcher used an experimental demi (pre- and post- measurement), with one group. In this case, a pre-measurement of the dependent variable is used, which is the development of a digital citizenship culture among the pupils of the basic education stage, before using the experimental variable, which is the effectiveness of the preventive approach from the perspective of the general practice of social work. After the experimental variable is introduced, a post-measurement of the dependent variable is performed after the application of the professional intervention program. Then we compare the pre- and post-measurement of the dependent variable to find out the volume of the change among the basic education pupils concerning the development of digital citizenship culture.

4- Study tools:
5- People: A random sample of the pupils of the first circle of Qasr Al-Jebali Prep. School, consisting of (20) pupils.
6- Place: Qasr Al Jebali Prep. School, a school of Yusuf Al Siddiq Educational Administration.
7- Time: The time taken up by the researcher to conduct the theoretical and field study.
5- Study limits fields:
The researcher used the Digital Citizenship Culture Scale for pupils of basic education which included the following dimensions:-
A. Cognitive aspects of digital citizenship of pupils.
B. Perceptual aspects of digital citizenship of pupils.
C. Behavioral aspects of digital citizenship of pupils.
6- Study results:
1- The Program of Professional Intervention for the general is Practice of Social work has led to the development of a digital citizenship culture among pupils of basic education.
2- The program of professional intervention for the generalist practice of social work has led to the development of the cognitive, emotional and perceptual aspects of the culture of digital citizenship to modify the negative behaviors of pupils of basic education.
