Abstract
The aim of this work was the quantitative determination of tildipirosin and difloxacin residues in different rabbit tissues (muscle, liver, and kidney) following intramuscular injections of these antibiotics for investigation of the withdrawal period in different rabbit tissues to be safe for human consumption. Simple, accurate, and precise HPLC methods for determining antibiotic residues in different rabbit tissues have been developed and validated.
