Abstract
Nursing education about snoring exercise and implemented to with follow up to improve their child sleep improvement sleep pattern and life style The present study was aimed to determine effect of snoring training exercise of child surfing sleep disturbance .A quasi experimental research design was used in the present study. The study was conducted at Ear, Nose, Throat department and out patient clinics of Tanta University Hospital. A convenience sampling of sixty children with selected from exposed to snoring and sleep disturbance, the sample was selected by randomization from department and clinics
