The participants of the study consisted of (30) Entrepreneurial Action for Us (ENACTUS) Al fayoum members, Fayoum Governorate, Egypt. Those participants formed one group. The one group pre-post treatment design was adopted in the current study. The group was given training on the persuasive writing program. The data was collected using three instruments prepared by the researcher: a pre-post writing performance test, and a foreign language academic self-efficacy scale. Findings showed that the participants outperformed in the post-test writing performance and academic self-efficacy, indicating a significant effect of the program in this regard. As well, a positive correlation was found between the pre and post experimental group's test mean scores in their writing performance and academic self-efficacy for the post test. The researcher analyzed the data statistically and the findings were discussed. As well, recommendations and suggestions for further research have been provided. |
