The constitution of the United Arab Emirates included the text on the social and economic components of the state, where the principles of social and economic components were developed according to the special circumstances of the United Arab Emirates, where since 1806 it has been subject to Britain’s agreements to give the latter a legal basis, with obligations on the Arab Gulf emirates without The existence of a counterpart to the obligations of the other party, and in 1892 an agreement was concluded with the sheikhs of the Emirates and it was called the Anti-Agreement, where Britain placed restrictions on these emirates, and stipulated that any practice it undertakes must be approved by the British government, then Britain announced protection in 1902 on the Emirates, but Britain amended the This protection, and continued in the previous situation, and ended up with the withdrawal of Britain no later than the year 1971. In this previous period of time, there was no constitution for the Arab Emirates in the sense now known, or the principles codified in modern constitutions, and this remained the case until 1968, and a conference of rulers of the Emirates was held during the period from 25 to 17 February 1968 to participate in a union that includes the Emirates under the name ” The Union of the Arab Emirates, and this union included some emirates in one union, and in 1971 the establishment of the “Arab Emirates” was announced from seven emirates (). The constitution of the United Arab Emirates was first announced in 1971, which was a temporary constitution, and then became a permanent constitution in 1996 under Constitutional Amendment No. 1 of 1996. Finally, Chapter Three of the UAE Constitution issued in 1971 included defining public freedoms, rights and duties in twenty articles. this may have, as the investigation may be tainted by procedural defects that affect the principle of the principle of innocence and the personal freedom of individuals.
