Abstract
please write abstract.In this thesis the profile of glycerol as a new RPLC mobile phase organic modifier was discussed. This work aims to develop new fully green analytical methods to separate number of mixtures using reversed phase mode -photodiode-array detector and thus after application of the most important theoretical issues on glycerol to examine its validity to be a new green RPLC mobile phase organic modifier. The thesis comprises four parts: Part I. Theoretical profiling of glycerol In this part, all of the most important physicochemical characters of glycerol had been discussed, also its safety, availability, specifications and stability and its role in the greenness of many applications of chemistry and in the green transformation happening nowadays.
