Sometimes, many employees in service institutions face many situations that cause stress and tension, which often affect their health and psychological conditions. Consequently, this is reflected in the level of their performance at work. Most of these pressures and tension may come from work-related sources, in a clearer sense, from institutions in which workers spend a great deal of their time. Therefore, there has been an increase interest in studying the factors affecting the psychological state of workers in the work environment.
