Abstract
This study was carried out on 85 cases of different thyroid neoplasms which were subjected to histological examination study through simple H&E routine stain and immunohistochemical study using TROP2 rabbit
monoclonal antibody and c-Kit rabbit polyclonal Antibody.These neoplasms were categorized as 40 benign neoplasms (26 cases were follicular adenoma, 11 cases were Hurthle cell adenoma & 3 cases were hyalinizing trabecular adenoma), 7 borderline neoplasms (7 non-invasive follicular neoplasm with papillary like nuclear features cases) and 38 malignant lesions (21 cases were papillary thyroid carcinoma, 3 cases were metastatic papillary thyroid carcinoma, 7 cases were follicular carcinoma, 3 cases were poorly differentiated carcinoma, 4 cases were undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma)
