This research includes five chapters: The first chapter includes the methodological framework, the research problem centered on the following question: How effective is a program based on methods of confronting psychological pressure to raise the professional competence of English language program teachers? The importance of the research lies in helping teachers of the English language program in early childhood stage in reducing their psychological pressures by developing methods of confronting psychological pressures and contributing through them to raising their professional competence and the current program aims to identify the methods of confronting psychological pressures common and widespread among teachers of childhood stage And then the relationship of methods of confronting these pressures with raising the level of professional competence of the members of the research sample, and in order to achieve the goal, it required finding a hypothesis: Are there statistically significant differences between the average grades of the experimental group members in the pre and post scales on the scale of professional competence? Are there statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post and sequential measurements on the scale of professional competence? As for the research boundaries, the spatial limit (Beni Suef Governorate), the temporal limit (the academic year 2020-2021) As for the human limit: This research was conducted on the teachers of the English language program in early childhood stage, and the second semester of the theoretical framework included two topics, the first topic is strategies Confronting psychological pressures, and the second topic is the professional competence of early childhood English language program teachers.
As for the third semester, it included the research methodology and its procedures, and the research sample was (15) teachers from the English language program, and the experimental curriculum with one experimental group was used, and the research tools were used, which is a questionnaire to collect information, a measure of psychological pressure, and a measure of the professional competence of English language program teachers. Early childhood stage and a program based on methods of confronting psychological pressures to raise the professional competence of early childhood English language program teachers.
As for the results of the research, the research showed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the scores of the members of the experimental group in the pre and post scales on the scale of professional competence in favor of the post measurement, and that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the ranks of the degrees of the pre and tracer scales. Its effectiveness on the target sample.
