2- What`s the actual presents for the rule of technical educational in order to reach the sustainable development in Egypt?

The Initial obligation for the study:
- While taking the rules of the technical education in order to reach the Sustainable developments in each of Germany and England, it may help to overcome all the traditional problems in the technical educational in Egypt.
Educational Steps:
 The First Step and it includes the public frame for the education.
 The second step and it includes the theoretical frame (the kind of sustainable developments – the kind of technical education, the chosen rules)
 The third Step: analyzing the technical rules and sustainable developments in Egypt, Germany and England (Rules of technical education – the chosen rules – external forces and factors effects)

We reach too the actual assumptions and it may result to take the technical educational curve rules in order to reach the sustainable developments based on the educational comparison in each of Germany and England to put the Suitable Solutions in order to overcome the technical educational problems in Egypt.

Suggestion’s procedures:
The rule of Students trainings:
 Activate all the mechanism necessary to governance the technical education system and the training profession in all levels, and it helped each department to reach it`s specific rule to provide technical education and training profession with high quality to compete the international levels, and to meet all the job needs.
 Expanding the sharing of the owners works organization to give the chance to train the technical education students in the factories and the imported firms, via assembling the information and data from the market and analyzing this data, also the formation of assemblies to enhance the competence and human elements productions works in the field.
The rule of Teacher Qualification:
 We should diverse all the technical sustainable developments for the teachers in the academic, educational and administrative fields, as the academic field concentrates in the technical side for the teachers through enhancing them with all the new aspects in his field.
 The profession sustainable developments for the teachers that aims to prepare the teachers before their services, and this step is the first step to obtain all the aims for the profession sustainable developments and all the programs that based in the preparation of the teachers that embedded in the educational organization and enhancing the needed information for the academic needs.
The rule of firms:
 Provide the legislate frame that attract all the private sectors to provide the suitable technical training, building the schools for the duplicated technical educational in the new industrial cities, for instance ”leathers in Robiki, Furniture cities in Damietta” or in the investment regions like” Suez Canal and Golden triangle”, or the projects that constructed in the far empty places like “technical school in Dabaa”.
 Formation of neutral committee from specialized experts to revise all the submitted suggestions that retrieved from people assembly, or that is developed from the Ministry of education to remove all the obstacles between all the specialized entities for technical education and training professions that links with work and local rules.
