Abstract
This experiment was conducted at a private commercial farm in Mansoura City co-operation with Faculty of Agriculture, Animal Production Department, Damietta University, Egypt, during the period from May to July 2019. A total of 100 male APRI line rabbits, weaned at five weeks of ageand averaged 627.11±2.51 g as an initial body weight (LBW) were used inthis study. At the beginning of the experiment, rabbits were divided into five treatments Rabbits in the 1st treatment were fed control diet . Rabbits in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5thtreatments were fed CPD supplemented with 25 or 50 mg of native CUR,and 2.5 or 5 mg CURNPs per kg diet, respectively. The experimental period lasted from 5 up to 13 wk of age . Blood samples were collected at the end of the experimental period for determination hematological parameters, , were determined in whole blood samples. And the determination of biochemicals parameters were assayed in the blood serum .The present study may recommend CURNPs as a natural antioxidant is a promising safe growth promoter in rabbit production.
