Study methods: The study adopted the ecological theory, and the general systems theory. As for the methodological procedures of the study, the current study relied on the descriptive approach, and the study relied on the (social survey) approach, which is “one of the main approaches used in descriptive research” based on the (questionnaire form), Which was applied to a group of street children hesitating on the Resala Children’s Activity May Life Association, and the (case study) approach. Study tools: The study adopted two social research tools: the questionnaire, where two questionnaire forms were designed, the first was applied to a sample of street children who frequent the day reception centers and residences in the Resala Association, and the sample of children included (131 children). As for the second form, it was applied to a sample of social workers in the Resala Association for charitable Works, and the number was (131 social workers) of the Resala Association for charitable Activities, children’s activities are alive. It also relied on an in-depth interview, and the interview relied on a “field work guide” applied to 20 respondents from street children who reside in temporary and permanent residence centers at the Resala Association for charitable Works in Dakahlia Branch, and 20 respondents from officials of the children’s life activities in the Resala Association of Dakahlia Branch and its employees In order to collect an in-depth how-to field material that achieves more accurate results. The study sample: The two research samples (street children - social workers) were selected from those related to the Resala Association for charitable Works with the activity of children in life, and it was applied through the day reception centers and residences for the branches of the activities of children of life of the Resala Association for charitable Works in the branches of (Dakahlia (city). Mansoura, and the press in Belqas) - Cairo - Helwan - 6th of October). Study Population: Resala Children’s Activity May Life Association. The results of the field study came out with many results, including:  The NGOs in Egypt have transformed from charitable societies to development societies, playing the role of the state’s partner in development and are interested in reaching poor and marginal areas and groups, and engaging in issues that are difficult for the state to engage in on its own, and then these societies have a role in the field of development, care and human rights.  The results of the field study indicated that one of the most common causes that lead to the phenomenon of street children is poverty, then the ill-treatment of the parents that pushed them to leave the house, then the family disintegration, and finally the absence of the father or the presence of more than one of the previous reasons.  The results of the field study confirmed that street children suffer from all forms of exploitation and abuse and are not limited to one type of abuse. They are subjected to abuse from employers (if they work) and fall prey to bandits, gangs, some policemen, building guards, companies and some politicians, which makes them vulnerable to theft. Their money by force, sexual practices by force or seduction, implicating them in stealing civilians or recruiting them as informants against their peers or other people, and implicating them in some crimes that the perpetrators do not know, and which are restricted against unknown persons, and drug trafficking.  The results of the study showed that the Resala Association trains those responsible for caring for children with its own training within the association or with specialists to raise the efficiency of their performance, as its positive impact on children is evident. The association also helps the family to provide work and eradicate the illiteracy of the father and mother to provide better job opportunities.  The association develops the child’s awareness and awareness of the nature of the dangers that are related to his work or that exist on the street and the problems he faces in the community and directs him to permanent temporary residence, as it is difficult to integrate him into his family, even temporarily, until his problems with his family are resolved.  The results of the study also showed that the cooperation between the authorities working in the field of street children is insufficient, and the cooperation between the working entities should be more than that.  The study showed the size of the obstacles faced by the association in the difficulty of achieving the process of child integration, such as the lack of trained and qualified social and psychological workers in dealing with street children, poor financial funding and the association’s reliance on material and in-kind donations, many administrative complications for government agencies, and lack of cooperation between associations and agencies Protection in a serious, fruitful and continuous manner. The lack of a unified policy for all workers in street children projects.  The study also showed that one of the reasons for attracting the family to cooperate with the association and for them to benefit from the services provided by the association, and the association’s participation in taking care of the child’s affairs and satisfying his needs, and that the association is able to make the life of the child and the family for the better. The current study concluded with several recommendations, including the following:  Educating the child about the dangers of street life and the problems, deviations and attacks that cause him, and about the dangers of sexual exploitation and wrong sexual practices, and correcting information, ideas and patterns of behavior, especially common sexual behavior.  Warning of the dangers of parental control over the child, and the abnormal personality it creates for the child, which is reflected in the child’s growth in a negative way, and makes him psychologically and socially unbalanced in the future because of violent dealing and its impact on the child’s psyche, and it is one of the most important reasons for the child’s escape from the family and his unwillingness to integrate his family again.  Strengthening the role of non-governmental organizations and involving them in finding solutions to this problem, such as establishing projects to serve street children and trying to prepare them professionally so that they can participate effectively in serving their country and at the same time have a stable income that guarantees them a decent life and that question and humiliation is sufficient for them.  Each family should avoid the various forms of abuse of children and seek insight into proper education methods for them in a warm captive atmosphere, which helps these children develop a healthy psychological, social, mental and emotional development and look at life and reality in a positive light.  Empowering children and increasing their awareness of their rights and duties and ways to protect themselves from any kind of violence and urging them to report if they are subjected to abuse or violence, with the provision of appropriate mechanisms for that.
