Abstract
Substance abuse is one of the most important social deviations, which is foundation of many social damages and problems at the community level. For many individuals, the pattern of abusive drug use continuous despite serious adverse effects and repeated efforts to abstain. Both individuals, families are destroyed. Every part of the substance abuser’s life as social life, family life, work productivity, physical health and personal relationships is affected. Substance abuse in work environment increases accidents, theft, absenteeism and workers’ compensation claims while decreasing in the quality of work performed
