Objective : This study aimed to identify the impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation On Organizational CitizenShip Behaviors, an applied study on the employees of the Egyptian Idustrial Complexes, and the researcher relied on identifying the study’s vocabulary on a sample of workers that amounted to 260 items The study methodology. The researcher used a list of surveys developed to collect data on two study variables representing Entrepreneurial Orientation On Organizational CitizenShip Behaviors . She used the Cronbach alpha coefficient to test list stability. To analyse field study data, both the correlation coefficient and the method of multiple regression analysis were used. Results: This studyconcluded that there is a significant correlation between all the dimensions of Entrepreneurial Orientation On Organizational CitizenShipBehaviors , as well as a significant impact on the dimensions of Entrepreneurial Orientation (Creativity, Risk – taking ,Proactive) on each dimension of Organizational CitizenShip Behaviors (Altruism, Civility ,Spirit athlete, Civic behavior , Consciousness ).
