Abstract This study was carried out for 20 patients admitted to the Plastic Surgery Department at Alexandria Main university hospital to undergo incisionless otoplasty since february 2019. The aim of this study is assessment of result and potential complication of using incisionless otoplasty in correction of antihelical deficiency in prominent ears. Regarding the age of patients in our study, It ranged from 5 to 26 year with a mean age of 14.15 ± 8.24 years. 60% of the patients were child (12 patients) and 40% were adults (8 patients). Regarding the technique; in each patient, determining the location of the sutures, the next step will be scoring the cartilage; the next step will be placing the sutures. Post-operative treatment parental antibiotic were given for 5 days with Oral analgesic. The dressing of the operated ear 1st post operative 3 days with applying antibiotic ointment.
