This study aimed to identify the impact of work pressures on organizational citizenship - applying it to Mansoura University hospitals.The study methodology : The data obtained through the survey list that was conducted on a sample of workers in Mansoura University hospitals was relied on, and the sample size was (293) single, and the following statistical methods were used: Spearman correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, Mann and Tiny test, and the test Kruskal Wallis. Results: The results of the study indicated that there is a correlation between work pressures and organizational citizenship, and the study also found that there is an effect of work pressures on organizational citizenship, and the study also found that there are no significant differences in the opinions of hospital workers in application according to the different demographic variables.
