المستخلص
تهدف الدراسة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين السمات الكبري للشخصية وعلاقتها بالرفاهة الذاتية دراسة مقارنة بين الطلاب الفائقين أكاديمياً والعاديين.
عينة الدراسة : تكونت من 200 طالب بالمدراس الثانوية ، 100 من الطلاب الفائقين أكاديمياً ، 100 من الطلاب العاديين .
وقد اشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى :
1- توجد علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين السمات الكبري للشخصية والرفاهة الذاتية لدي الطلاب الفائقين أكاديمياً بالمرحلة الثانوية.
2- لاتوجد علاقة دالةإحصائيا بين السمات الكبري للشخصية والرفاهة الذاتية لدي الطلاب العاديين بالمرحلة الثانوية.
3- يوجد فروق دالة أحصائياً بين الطلاب الفائقين أكاديمياً والطلاب العاديين بالمرحلة الثانوية في السمات الكبري للشخصية.
4- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الطلاب الفائقين أكاديمياً والطلاب العاديين بالمرحلة الثانوية في الرفاهة الذاتية.
5- توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الذكور والإناث في السمات الخمسة الكبري للشخصية وأبعادها الفرعية (سواء لدي الفائقين أكاديمياً أوالعاديين من الطلاب).
6- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الذكور والإناث في الرفاهة الذاتية وأبعادها الفرعية (سواء لدي الفائقين أكاديمياً أوالعاديين من الطلاب الكلمات المفتاحية : السمات الكبري للشخصية – الرفاهة الذاتية – الفائقين أكاديمياً

Study Sample: The study sample consisted of 200 students from secondary school study,100 gifted students and 100 ordinary students.
The study results:
1-There is a statistically significant relationship between the great personality traits and subjective well-being of academically superior students.
2-There is no statistically significant relationship between the major personality traits and subjective well-being of ordinary students at the secondary level.
3-There are statistically significant differences between the higher academic students and the ordinary high school students in the major personality traits.
4-There are statistically significant differences between high academic students and ordinary high school students insubjective well-being.
5-Statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and females in the five major characteristics of the character and its sub-dimensions (whether I have the highest academic or ordinary students.
6-There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and females in subjective well-being and their sub-dimensions (whether I have the highest academic or ordinary students).
