Abstract

On a “Worldwide “basics there is no doubt that the most important points of research recently in the field of industry and petrochemicals due to higher prices of utilities and the difficulty of achieving the appropriate environmental conditions for disposal all types of Industrial waste and most important of these points are the clean fresh water and industrial waste water contaminated resulting in the end of any industry. - The design of water systems through the introduction of internal water main to get to the design of industrial water systems easy to control and the provision of clean water quantities, which in turn reduces operating costs and preserve the environment by reducing waste and reduce the cost of utilities in the factories that contain many operations such as those found in the petrochemical and petroleum. - This search contains a reference to the search for water systems used to reduce water losses in the industry and which are based on systematic methods used previously displayed in the design of industrial water systems with the comparison between these previous methods in terms of the advantages and disadvantages. - Also explain the various uses of water and ways to reuse it and how to use these methods in the design of easy access and control networks in a simple and efficient implementation in freshwater consumption. Using single and double internal water mains in the system depends on a combination of sources of each process in addition to the fresh water tank Only thus give the most of the water from the internal reservoir to the units of the various processes and priority so we get a percentage of the provision of the highest clean fresh water high cost. - As we reviewed the best way of designing industrial water networks using single and double internal main with a detailed explanation for the steps to design this type of networks. - And has been to apply this method to some examples used in the previous searches and with the comparison of results in some cases given similar results, and other cases are given better than previous methods results.
