The current research aims to designing a mobile learning environment based on group work strategy to develop skills of implementing electronic educational graduation projects for students of faculty of education, the researcher relied on the semi-empirical method and the research sample was made up of 40 students of Education Technology at the Faculty of Education in Al-Dqahliya. They were divided into two equal groups, 20 students control and 20 students experimental, the research tools (test, note card, product assessment card), the survey test and the observation card were applied both before and after the statistical analysis of the data, the product evaluation card was applied only after the two groups after statistical analysis, There is a statistical significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average control group score and the experimental group in the dimensional application of the investigation test, observation card and product evaluation card of the production skills of e-learning projects for the pilot group the difference was to words the experimental group. The statistically significant difference of magnitude ≤(0.05) between the average scores of experimental group students in the two applications (pre-post) for the investigation and the note card for the dimensional application the difference was to words for post application. The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which were the need to use and employ a mobile learning environment based on the collective action strategy to develop the knowledge and performance aspects of the skills of producing e-learning projects for effectiveness and use in other courses.
