Abstract
Magnetism isn’t something that the person is born with or
not, it is a state of leadership that evolving over time. It is the
gold standard of patient care and providing health care consumers
with a benchmark to measure quality of 2017)nursing care (Patterson,
because of money or good opportunities or great responsibilities
but, because of magnetism that leaders had, authenticity is a
magnet leader traits, which means that he/she not trying to be

someone else, he/she true with him/herself and honest in dealing
with others, he/she had a sense of humor, he/she generous with
positive feedback, recognizing the little things, shaking hands
and appreciating his/her staff, he/she avoiding favorism and
nepotism, vulnerable means he/she regularly struggling with
being human, he/she tough as nails and stronger than the rest and
when he/she mistakes, he/she telling that. (Clay comb, 2016~
Stimpfel, Sloane, McHugh& Aiken, 2016).
Magnet leader is a person whose leadership style is
irresistible and attracting any person to him/her so, every person
wants to be one of his/her team. Magnet leader is playing
important role in encouraging his/her team members being
vulnerable through regularly
struggling with being human, being 120
