The current study aimed to develop the administrative creativity practices of primary schools in the State of Kuwait in the light of the introduction of knowledge management. The descriptive method was used and the study sample consisted of (305) teachers of primary schools in Kuwait. A tool has been developed to identify administrative creativity practices of primary schools in Kuwait in view of the introduction of knowledge management which consisted of (62) items distributed over (6) axes (Knowledge Acquisition, Knowledge Generation & Innovation, Knowledge Circulation, Knowledge Transfer, Organization & Storage of knowledge, Application of Knowledge) whose their validity and reliability were verified.
The theoretical study has reached a set of results represented in providing a theoretical framework for administrative creativity and its practices in general-education schools that included the concept of administrative creativity, its importance, dimensions, stages and requirements of its application, types, levels and means of development, its practices, attributes of principals who are creative in administration and administrative obstacles, as well as providing a theoretical framework for knowledge management that included its concept, importance and objectives, components and dimensions, approaches and processes, principles and requirements, justifications for its use, stages and challenges.
The field study’s results showed that the administrative creativity practices of primary schools in the State of Kuwait in the light of the introduction of knowledge management are medium, and also found that there are no statistically significant differences on the Primary schools in Kuwait in view of knowledge management introduction in view of gender-variable in all areas and the total degree, as well as concluding that there are no statistically significant differences on the administrative creativity practices in primary schools in Kuwait in view of knowledge management introduction in view of variable scientific qualification on the axes (Knowledge Circulation-Application of Knowledge), while there were differences in the rest of the axes, with no statistically significant differences on the administrative creativity practices in primary schools in Kuwait in view of of knowledge management introduction in view of experience years-variable on all axes of study and the total degree. Moreover, the study also provided a conceptual proposal to develop administrative creativity practices in primary schools in Kuwait in view of of knowledge management introduction.
