المستخلص Due to the importance judgeship, as it is the foundation brick of justice that the whole judicial organization is built on. There is no doubt that justice depends on the accuracy and integrity of the measures adopted by the choice of the judicial personal in accordance with the administrative decision. Therefore we aimed at highlighting the judicial review of administrative decisions for the judgeship recruitment and the obstacles that might be faced resembled in the administrative evaluation and the criteria required in the candidate. Both should be in the balance of justice, which will tend towards the right evident in the issuance of a decree then proceeding this provision in the stages of implementation and the difficulties faced in that stage, their solutions and means to ensure the application of rules. This will be addressed in this research through : Introduction that addresses the discretion of management The first chapter addresses the recruitment procedures in the judgeship. The second chapter addresses the control over the hiring decisions The Final chapter addresses the control over the implementation of judicial rulings. The conclusion includes the most important results of research and also the most important recommendations, which the researcher consider significant in the field. |
