This research aims to study the effect of applyingwork ethics on the competitiveness of economicorganizations - an applied study on Egyptian Postworkers. The researcher used a survey listprepared for the purpose of collecting data on theresearch variables, which represent thedimensions of business ethics (independent variable) and competitiveness (dependentvariable). And the method of multiple regressionanalysis to verify the validity of the researchhypotheses. The researcher reached several results represented in the presence of a moral correlation between the dimensions of work ethics and achieving competitiveness in Egyptian Post, in addition to the presence of a statistically significant moral effect of the dimensions of work ethics on the competitiveness of Egyptian Post. Introduction. Business ethics relate to the behavior of individuals in their various scientific activities, and this includes the way they deal with colleagues, customers, and anyone else who deals with the company, and some find it very difficult to determine where personal and business ethics begin, because personal ethics influences and covers business ethics. Moreover, competitiveness is not a result of the moment and is not easily achieved. Rather, it requires unremitting efforts from all workers in the organization at all levels. Competitiveness and its criteria is the primary tool that works to identify appropriate improvement activities that enable us to effectively achieve distinct results, and is considered a basis for assessing and evaluating the performance of organizations that compete with each other to achieve the highest quality and best performance along the way. (Abu Shabab, 2013) 2-Second: The study problem. To determine the study problem, the researcher conducted a survey study and showed its results *: 1- Bad morals lead by example within the body. 2- The absence of religious belief in dealing, the absence of pity, the absence of speed and mastery. 3- Failure to comply with work regulations and regulations. 4- Poor quality of services, misuse of technology. 5- The absence of control over the markets. 6- Work routinely without creativity or development 7- Not participating in making decisions. 3-Third: The objectives of the study. In light of the research problem, the researcher seeks to achieve the following goals: 3-1 Determine the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of work ethics and competitiveness in economic bodies in the Egyptian Post. 3-2 Explain the effect of the dimensions of work ethics on the competitiveness of economic bodies in the Egyptian Post? 3-3 Develop a set of recommendations in light of the results that will be reached. 4-Fourth: The study hypotheses. Judging from the research problem and achieving its goals, this research tests the validity of the following two assumptions: 1- The first main hypothesis: There is no statistically significant relationship between work ethics and achieving competitiveness 1. The second main hypothesis: There is no statistically significant effect on the dimensions of work ethics to achieve the dimensions of competitiveness This is divided into the following sub-assumptions: 2/1 There is no significant effect of the dimensions of work ethics on (quality of services) in the Egyptian Post? 2/2 There is no significant effect of the dimensions of work ethics on (controlling markets) in the Egyptian mail? 2/3 There is no moral effect of the dimensions of work ethics on (innovation and development) in the Egyptian Post? 2/4 There is no significant effect of the dimensions of work ethics on (efficiency of operations) in the Egyptian mail? And testing these two hypotheses is useful in achieving the objectives of the study. 5-Fifth: The study results.
1- There is significant correlation between the dimensions of work ethics and the dimensions of competitiveness from the point of view of the sample of workers in the Egyptian Post in the General Administration of South Dakahlia Post Region.
2- There is moral effect of work ethics on competitiveness from the point of view of the study sample from the point of view of the sample of workers in the Egyptian Post in the General Administration of South Dakahlia Post Region. 6-Sixth: The contents of the study. Towards the pursuit of the study objectives, the researcher divided this study into four chapters in addition to references and appendices, as follows: Chapter one: introduction to the study Chapter two: theoretical framework The third chapter: the field study, which includes the study methodology, descriptive analysis of data, and hypothesis test results Chapter Four: Summary of the results, recommendations and researcher’s proposals for future research.
