Abstract

Synthesis of new Diimino ligands (TSC, MTSC and Diim) and its reaction with some metals as Cu (II), Co (II), Ni (II) and Zn (II) to form mono and binuclear complexes. The structure of ligands and its complexes were proved by elemental analysis and thin layer chromatography then they were studied by physio-chemical analysis as IR, 1HNMR,UV, Thermal analysis, molar conductance and mass spectra. The analysis showed the high stability for the compounds. After that biological activity were done; antibacterial, antifungal. It was found that Cu (II) binuclear complex was the most active in most cases. Molecular Docking was done to the ligands against breast and kidney cancer and Covid19-Protease.
