Abstract Liver cancer is the sixth most common cancer and the third most frequent cause of cancer- related death globally. Hepatocellular carcinoma represents about 90% of primary liver cancers and constitutes a major global health problem. Triphasic CT has been utilized as a commonly used imaging modality for diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in patients with liver cirrhosis as well as for follow-up of liver lesions. However trophasic CT and examination require the use of contrast material. |
