المستخلص Current study aimed to verify the effectiveness of program based on positive psychological support to develop quality of life and its impact on identity crisis for deaf adolescent girls. The study sample consisted of (20) deaf adolescent girls at the school of Hope for the deaf in Mansoura, at the age ranging between (15-18) years, and IQ ranging between (90-110), and the degree of loss of hearing more than ”70” decibel, and who have obtained low scores on a scale of quality of life for deaf adolescent girls and high scores on a scale of identity crisis for deaf adolescent girls, were divided into two matched groups, an experimental group consisted of (10) deaf adolescent girls, and a control group consisting of (10) deaf adolescent girls. using scale of quality of life for deaf adolescent girls, and scale of identity crisis for deaf adolescent girls, and a program based on positive psychological support ( all of them were prepared by the researcher),The researcher used Mann- Whitney test for independent groups, and Wilcoxon – Signed Ranks test for related groups, to verify the hypothesis of the study, and (Eta-squared,2) to calculate the force of the impact of the program. The results indicated that: There is a significant effect of the counseling program based on positive psychological support to develop. |
