Abstract The present study was intended to evaluate ”Time For English” grades (4-6) in light of learner-centered instruction principles. The study proposed guidelines for course improvement. The study adopted the content analysis technique of the descriptive methodology to analyze the English language course. The obtained results showed that the course suffered a serious lack and insufficiency of teaching and learning activities which encourage the learner’s positive participation. Results showed the two books of the course seemed inconsistent and did not match each other. The study proposed guidelines for course improvement with some activities that can involve the learners in the content. |
