Abstract
Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is one of the commonest endocrinal disorders affecting females of reproductive age.The main complaint of large number of PCOS patients is presented by infertility due to anovulation which is the main cause of failure of conception.Anti-Mullerian hormone (AM)is a dimeric glycoprotein member of the TGF-β family. Pre-antral and early antral follicles are the source of AMH and recently it is used to reflect the follicular pool. AMH is a predictor of ovarian response to ovulation induction and controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.
