Abstract During the last 20 years obesity, diabetes and their-related diseases represent a series of public health concern that contributes to significantly deteriorate the quality of life in people of most countries. The major problems in obese patients are impaired metabolic functions, neuroinflammation, diabetes and other complications which are closely associated with increased mortality and morbidity. Oxidative stress and inflammation are complicatedly interlinked several chronic disease states, where they are associated as etiological factors. |
