Abstract Preeclampsia that is diagnosed: high blood pressure and urine proteinuria after 20 weeks of pregnancy; One of the main causes of disease or death of the fetus. The aim of the study was: To study the gene expression of some genes responsible for the formation of placental angiogenesis, and its regulation from blood and placental tissues in women, and to correlate the degree of angiogenesis with the degree of preeclampsia. The statistical study showed that the gene expression of each of (FLT-) 1, KDR was statistically higher in the control group compared to the other two groups for severe and low preeclampsia and for the level of (PLGF) was also higher in the control group compared to the other two groups and showed that the genetic factor (VFGF) was as follows (severe preeclampsia group >low preeclampsia group) >Control Group). |
