Abstract
This study was conducted in vascular surgery department,Tanta University during period from June 2018 to December 2019.The study included 45 patients (36 males; 80% and 9 female 20%) presenting with active lower limb chronic venous leg ulcer C6 for time ranged between 1 year and 11 years that was under different methods of management without response. Preoperative antibiotics were given five days according culture and sensitivity. After adequate debridement of necrotic tissues under anesthesia, and irrigation with saline until clean. The patients were randomly assigned to one of the following 3groups.
