Out of a desire to develop and reform the management system within the institutions of private pre-university education using some modern management approaches, The attention of officials and decision-makers in private pre-university education institutions in Egypt is drawn to the need to use modern management approaches to achieve the competitive advantage of private schools. The need to manage the pre-university private education institutions for these types of management because of its effective role in the development of plans on scientific bases according to internal and external environmental variables.
The study aimed to determine the features of competitive advantage in the institutions of private pre-university education in the light of contemporary educational literature, And to identify the most important features of the management of pre-university private education institutions in Egypt and the most important problems suffered, and monitor the reality of the use of modern management approaches in private pre-university education institutions and their role in achieving competitive advantage in Sohag Governorate, Then the sixth and final chapter proposed to achieve the competitive advantage of pre-university special education schools in Sohag governorate in some modern management approaches.
The researcher used the questionnaire as a research tool to obtain the data and information necessary to complete the research, and to achieve its objectives, and used scientific procedures to ensure the validity of the research tool, and a number of statistical methods in the analysis and interpretation of research data.
The questionnaire was applied to a sample of the principals, agents and teachers of pre-university education schools in Sohag Governorate.
The study has reached in the light of what has been presented in the theoretical framework and through contemporary educational literature, as well as the findings of the field study, and based on the items of the questionnaire has been reached to a proposed concept to achieve a competitive advantage for private institutions of pre-university education in the light of some modern management approaches, The axes are defined as follows: The philosophy, importance and objectives of the proposed concept, its mechanisms, axes, guarantees of implementation, the implementing agencies, and the obstacles to its implementation.
