المستخلص This study examines identify the nature of the relationship between authentic leadership and its impact on organizational citizenship behaviors within the Medical centers at Mansoura University, determine the degree of the impact of Authentic leadership on organizational citizenship behaviors in the centers studied, , In order to validate these hypotheses, The study was conducted on the centers, and the population size reached 1880, and a random sample of 319 was used. the researcher used a number of statistical methods: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, alpha-Cronbach coefficient, and Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression method. Findings: There is a significant correlation between authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behaviors from the point of view of workers in specialized medical centers in Mansoura University, and there is a significant impact of the dimensions of Authentic leadership on the dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors in specialized medical centers in Mansoura University. |
