This research aimed to identify : the effect of psychological resilience of managers on the job performance of their subordinates to government agencies , and to achieve this purpose the research was applied to the Directorate of Housing and Utilities in Dakahlia as one of the important government bodies in the localities sector, and the research deals with two main variables, where the psychological resilience of managers is the independent variable of the research, Which includes three dimensions, namely (the cognitive dimension, the social dimension, the emotional dimension), while the dependent variable is the job performance of the subordinates of the district under study . The research relied on the survey as a tool for collecting field data , and honesty tests (honesty of arbitrators), and consistency ( Alpha Kronbach ) were made for the list prepared in its initial form before finally relying on it, and the research community represented all employees of the Directorate of Housing and Utilities in Dakahlia , and the size of this community ( 923), and the sampling units were represented in all workers , and a stratified random sample consisting of (271) items was drawn, and the number of valid survey lists obtained after a number of visits to the researched field reached (271) correct list, with a response rate of 100% and for the purposes of Analysis of the collected data was done Reliance on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences, SPSS V.21, and the most important statistical methods used to test the alpha coefficient of Cronbach , test Pearson correlation coefficients, and the method of linear regression analysis simple and multiple multiple. The research found that there is a positive moral effect of the dimensions of psychological resilience combined (the cognitive dimension, the social dimension , the emotional dimension) on the functional performance of its combined dimensions (the amount of effort exerted , the type of effort exerted , the type of performance, the performance rates ) with respect to the housing and utilities subject of the research.
