Abstract This thesis Turns out the importance of amniotic fluid for fetal development and growth during pregnancy. With decrease amniotic fluid increase fetal problems like IUGR also increase new natal problems. Also placenta represent major role for fetal development and growth. Also it contain the division of the placental lesions according to the 2014 Amsterdam Placental Workshop criteria. Aim of study : To descripe the association between oligohydramnios and placental pathology and analyse the effect of oligohydramnios with placental pathology on fetal growth during pregnancy. Subjects and methods:50 pregnant cases with oligohydramnios were included in the study. Investigations :Investigations using US,Doppler US and Placental biobsy. Results : The placental lesions had a significant correlation with amniotic fluid reduction also decreased amniotic fluid has significant correlation with decreased estimated fetal weight. |
