The stage of kindergartens is one of the most important stages in the development of the child growth, in preparing and developing his readiness for life, and providing him with the foundations and concepts that will be based on his life and his scientific future. This stage is the beginning of the inscription on the stone in the sense that it is the stage of laying the foundations that should remain constant in the child’s mind and control the behavior and life in the future, and the first five years of life of the child is one of the most fertile and the most dangerous stages of life; because of the great impact in his future life, and the characteristic of planting values and concepts and the establishment of rules of thought.
Learning mathematical concepts is the basis of mathematical knowledge where mathematics becomes more meaningful and clear if learners understand mathematical concepts and their meaning.
Digital learning elements are interactive tools that support learner’s cognitive processes, enhance their learning process, and support learners with appropriate motivation. It helps to make learning an exciting and interesting process for learners.
The idea of digital learning elements is to break down the learning content of reusable, accessible, and reusable learningal elements across the web to help save time and money for both learners and developers and can be used individually or combined to make them more accessible, allowing learners to interact with learningal content, Which makes the learner the focus of the learningal process and meet the needs of learning.
Research problem:
The research problem can be determined by the low level of achievement of kindergarten children in Kuwait, which requires exploring the possibility of using modern techniques in the development of mathematical concepts, using a program based on digital learning elements. Therefore, the current research requires answering the following main question:
”What is the effectiveness of a program based on the elements of digital learning in the development of some mathematical concepts in kindergarten in the State of Kuwait?”
This question is divided by the following sub-questions:
1. What math concepts are needed for Kindergarten children in Kuwait?
2. What is the proposed scenario for a program based on a program based on the elements of digital learning in the development of some mathematical concepts in kindergarten in Kuwait?
3. What is the effectiveness of a program based on the elements of digital learning in the development of some mathematical concepts in kindergarten in Kuwait?
Research goals:
Current search aims to:
1.Identify a list of mathematical concepts for kindergarten children in Kuwait.
2. Explain the proposed vision of a program based on a program based on the elements of digital learning in the development of some mathematical concepts in kindergarten in the State of Kuwait.
3. Determine the effectiveness of a program based on the elements of digital learning in the development of some mathematical concepts in kindergarten in the State of Kuwait.
Research importance:
The current search states the following:
• Kindergarten children: Provide an interactive environment that helps kindergarten children learn through the program based on the elements of digital learning at anytime and anywhere according to their own abilities, with the possibility of providing immediate nutrition appropriate to their abilities in an interesting manner and brings them abstract mathematical concepts and helps them learn easily.
• The Ministry of Learning in Kuwait: Benefiting from the program based on the digital learning components that was designed and produced to teach the mathematical concepts of kindergarten children.
• Researchers: This study opens the way to other research aimed at developing different learningal concepts and skills for preschool children using various technological media in general and digital learning components in particular.
Research hypotheses:
 There is a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the children of the experimental group (the program based on the elements of digital learning) in the tribal and remote application of the achievement test related to mathematical concepts in favor of the post application.
 There is a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of children in the experimental group (the program based on digital learning elements) and the children of the control group (traditional learning) in the post-application of the mathematical test related to the mathematical concepts for the children of the experimental group.
Search limits:
The researcher committed herself to the following limits:
 Time limits: the second semester of the academic year 2018/2019.
 Spatial boundaries: Rawdah Balqis School, Ahmadi Learningal District, Kuwait.
 Human Boundaries: A group of Kindergarten children in the second level in the State of Kuwait numbered (50) children aged (5-6) years.
 Objective limits: mathematical concepts included in the book of account for kindergarten in the State of Kuwait.
Research Methodology:
The current research is based on the following two approaches:
 Descriptive Methodology: It describes the object and its interpretation. The use of this method will be used in the present research to describe and analyze previous researches and studies.
 Semi-experimental approach: It is the methodology used to know the effectiveness of the independent variable (the program based on the elements of digital learning) on the variable variables (mathematical concepts) kindergarten in the State of Kuwait.
Search Variables:
Current search includes the following variables:
1. Independent variable: The program is based on digital learning elements.
2. The dependent variable: is the mathematical concept.
Search community and design:
A - The research community: The current research community of all kindergarten children in the second level in Kuwait.
B - The research sample was limited to a representative group of the original sample population of 50 children, randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group (25) using the program based on digital learning elements, and the control group (25) .
Search experimental design:
The research was based on the experimental design of the experimental and control groups, which depends on the application of the tribal search tool, which is the pretest of mathematical concepts to children, and then the experimental treatment and then telemetry.
Search Tools & Materials:
Current research depended on:
•A visual achievement test to measure the achievement of the mathematical concepts of Kindergarten children (researcher’s preparation).
•Program based on digital learning elements (experimental treatment material) (researcher preparation).
Search procedures:
To answer the research questions, the following were implemented:
1.Access to literature and previous studies related to research, which focused on the elements of learning, mathematical concepts, and kindergarten stage.
2. Prepare a list of mathematical concepts necessary for preschool children, and presented in its preliminary form to the arbitrators, and make adjustments, and prepare in final.
3. Preparation of the achievement test photographer to measure the achievement of mathematical concepts of kindergarten children, and presented in the initial image to the arbitrators, and make adjustments, and prepare in its final form.
4. Preparation, design and production of a program based on the elements of digital learning on the mathematical concepts of kindergarten children in the State of Kuwait.
5. The program, which is based on digital learning elements and with the program evaluation card, will be presented to a group of experts in the fields of (learning technology, kindergartens) and make adjustments in the light of their opinions and suggestions.
6.Conducting the pilot experiment to measure the validity and stability of the research tool, and identify the problems encountered by the researcher during the application.
7.Selection of the research sample.
8. Split the research sample into two groups randomly, one experimental and the other an officer.
9.Apply the search tool in advance on the research sample.
10. Application of the program based on digital learning elements to the experimental group, teaching the control group in the traditional way.
11. Apply the search tool over the search sample.
12. Data processing by appropriate statistical methods to achieve results.
13.To make recommendations and proposals in light of the results of the research.
Research results:
The current search results in:
•There is a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the children of the experimental group (the program based on the elements of digital learning) in the tribal and remote application of the achievement test related to mathematical concepts in favor of the post application.
•There is a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of children in the experimental group (the program based on digital learning elements) and the children of the control group (traditional learning) in the post-application of the mathematical test related to the mathematical concepts for the children of the experimental group.
Search recommendations:
In the light of the research results, discussion and interpretation, the researcher recommends the following:
o To take care of the use of the elements of digital learning in the kindergarten, because of the characteristics and features that help to increase the learning returns and achieve the desired learning goals for kindergarten children.
o Focus on the development of mathematical concepts using modern methods and teaching methods, which helps children to master it, where mathematical concepts represent the main component of mathematics, which helps to raise the level of mathematics in the kindergarten.
o The need to train kindergarten teachers in the State of Kuwait on the skills of the production of digital learning elements and their use in kindergarten teaching different skills and concepts.
o Expand the use of digital learning elements in the design of learning software as it reduces the cost and time required to produce different learning materials.
o Benefit from the program based on the elements of digital learning in the teaching of math concepts in kindergarten in Kuwait.
o Conduct further research on the use of digital learning elements and their impact on the development of mathematical knowledge and skills for pre-university students.
Search suggestions:
In light of the current research results, and by reviewing previous studies related to the subject, the researcher proposes the following research topics:
1.Effectiveness of a program based on the Info graphic in the development of math thinking skills in kindergarten in the State of Kuwait.
2. The effectiveness of a digital warehouse in developing the skills of producing the digital learning elements of kindergarten teachers.
3.Effectiveness of a program based on three-dimensional films in improving the visual motor memory of kindergarten in Kuwait.
4.The effectiveness of an electronic program based on animation in the development of environmental awareness in kindergarten in Kuwait.
5.The effectiveness of an electronic program based on learningal activities in the development of scientific concepts in kindergarten in the State of Kuwait.
6. The effectiveness of a program based on the enhanced reality in the development of creative thinking skills in kindergarten in the State of Kuwait.
