ملخص الرسالة
وعنوانها: الاختيارات الفقهية لفضيلة الإمام الأكبر جاد الحق , دراسة فقهية مقارنة
وتحتوي الرسالة على ( 281 صفحة) في مجلد واحد .
وقد احتوت الرسالة على مقدمة تحدثت فيها عن أهمية الفقه في حياة المجتمع وتناولت فيها سبب اختياري للموضوع ومناهج البحث فيه وخطة البحث, كما احتوت الرسالة على نبذة عن حياة الإمام الأكبر الشيخ جاد الحق علي جاد الحق – رحمه الله – فهو فقيه مجتهد له باع طويل في مجال الفقه والفتوى أسهم بتراث ضخم يعتبر مرجعاً هاماً في مجال الفقه ومادة خصبة لطلاب العلم, وكان يفند المسائل المعروضة عليه ويحاول بشتي الطرق الوصول إلى الحكم الشرعي الصحيح لها .
ذكرت بعضاً من مؤلفاته والمناصب التي تقلدها فضيلته والإسهامات التي قدمها للإسلام المسلمين في شتي بقاع الأرض فقد كان مرجعاً لهم في شئون دينهم ودنياهم .
تحدثت عن منهج الإمام الأكبر – رحمه الله – في الفقه وكيف أنه كان يعتمد على المصادر الأساسية في استنباط الحكم الشرعي للمسألة , ثم ترجيح ما قوى دليله وما ييسر على الناس مصالحهم من غير إفراط ولا تفريط .
وقد تناولت في هذه الرسالة آراء الشيخ الفقهية في الطهارة, وفي العبادات, وفي الأحوال الشخصية, وفي قضايا العصر من المستجدات التي لم يسبق لأحد من المفتيين الحديث عنها بهذه الجرأة, ومناقشتها في شكل بحوث, وليس فقط جمعاً لآراء الفقهاء ؛ وإنما عرضها مع آراء الأطباء والعلماء في كل مجال على حسب نوع الفتوى , ثم أنهيت البحث بخاتمة تتضمن أهم نتائج البحث وتوصياته , ثم الفهارس ثم المصادر ثم فهرس الموضوعات.

The letter contained an introduction to the importance of jurisprudence in the life of the society and addressed the optional reason for the subject, the research methods and the research plan. The letter contains a brief description of the life of the great Imam Sheikh Gad Al-Haq Ali Gad Al-Haq - may Allah have mercy on him - The field of jurisprudence and Fatwa has contributed to a huge heritage that is considered an important reference in the field of jurisprudence and fertile material for students of science, and he refutes the issues before him and tries in various ways to reach the right legal authority.
I mentioned some of his books and positions that his virtue and the contributions he gave to Islam Muslims in all parts of the earth were a reference for them in the affairs of their religion and their world.
I talked about the approach of the great Imam - may Allah have mercy on him - in the jurisprudence and how it was based on the basic sources in the development of the legitimate ruling of the issue, and then weighted by the forces of Dalila and what facilitates the interests of people without excessive and not negligence.
I have addressed in this letter the views of Sheikh jurisprudence in worship and personal cases and issues of the era of developments that no one of the Muftis talk about this boldness and discussed in the form of research, and not only a synthesis of the opinions of jurists; but presented with the views of doctors and scientists in each area according to Type of
fatwa, and then finished the research with a conclusion containing the most important search results, then indexes and then sources and then the subject index.
