Abstract Statistical results Statistical analysis for the mean surface area of the positively stained cells in different examined papillae showed the following: The circumvallate papillae: The control group showed mean surface area equal 23080 with SD 6621. Concerning the Subgroup I, the mean surface area value equal 1042 with SD ±369.8. This group revealed highly significant difference decrease compared to the control group with a p value P1=<0.001. In the subgroup II, the mean surface area value equal 5902 with SD ±1064.3. This group demonstrated high significant difference decrease compared to the control group with a p value P1=<0.001, while it showed no significant difference compared to subgroup I with a p value 0.2. Meanwhile for the subgroup III, the mean surface area value equal 48262 with SD ±8541.7. This group demonstrated no significant difference increase compared to the control group with a p value P1=0.2. Moreover, it revealed high significant difference increase compared to the subgroup II and subgroup I with a p value P2=<0.001 and P3=<0.001 respectively. Comparing the statistical results of different groups of the CVP by ANOVA it showed high significant difference with p value<0.001. The filiform papillae: The control group showed mean surface area equal 15719 with SD ±2441.2. Concerning subgroup I, the mean surface area value equal 3933 with SD ±587.5. This group revealed highly significant difference decrease compared to the control group with a p value P1=<0.001. While in subgroup II, the mean surface area value equal 9137 with SD ±1638.8. This group demonstrated high significant difference decrease compared to the control group with a p value P1=<0.001, Furthermore it showed high significant difference increase compared to subgroup I with a p value P2=<0.001. For subgroup III, the mean surface area value equal 42493 with SD ±4074.4. This group demonstrated high significant difference increase compared to the control group with a p value P1=<0.001, while it showed high significant difference increase compared to subgroup I with a p value P2=<0.001. Moreover, it revealed high significant difference increase compared to subgroup II with a p value P3=<0.001. Comparing the statistical results of different groups of the filiform papillae by ANOVA it showed high significant difference with p value<0.001. |
