Abstract

There is no doubt that recent research in agriculture is increasing and tends to increase the natural use of the most wastes as options available in the agricultural field. One of the most important of these studies is that of organic fertilization rather than chemical fertilizers, which cause many problems for humans, animals, and soil. The study aims is to design an integrated control unit that is able to isolate the product inside it until the proper fermentation period until interaction is interrupted after which it is ready for the second stage which is the drying stage which at the end of it we can judge the characteristics of the product that it has become organic cyanide ready for fertilization After examining his qualities. The study also aim to produce an organic product of different wastes based on the rules for mixing these wastes and to achieve the maximum benefit from them and study their qualities and their ability to benefit plans. Device components: Frame, the gate, body of device, transmission system, power source, Water unitand Ventilation System. Types of waste used, Cattle dung, rabbit dung, Shredded Paper and Sugar cane residue. The experimental procedures were divided into two experimental phases: The first stage is the evaluation of the cylindrical device for fertilizer production (CUCP), which acts as a container for the interaction of bacteria and microbes with backwards material, In addition, determine the most typical conditions such as stirring revolution, fill rate, lateral clearance, and the best vertical clearance of the edges of stirring plates. The second stage is Preparation of waste mixtures, two waste mixtures, C1, were formed constituents of field residues, cattle dung and shredded paper the mixture C2 was formed from a mixture of sugar cane residues, rabbit dung and field residues. The better values are obtained from the opportune waste diameters the convenient angle for composite segments, the best revolution and the favorable control conditions. Then follow–up changes in some physical properties as evidence of successful operation, measurements of physical and chemical properties of fertilizer to see changes continuously, evaluate the characteristics of the fertilizer produced and match it with the favorable conditions values of fertilizer in general.
