Abstract Reproductive medicine is a field of science which searches for new alternatives not only to help couples achieve pregnancy and preserve fertility, but also to diagnose and treat diseases which can impair the normal functions of the reproductive system. Nanotechnology, as a tool for reproductive medicine, has been considered to help overcome some of those impairments. Regarding to testicular toxicity induced by melamine, the present study was designed to investigate the possible ameliorative effects of MO-SeNPs conjugate and MOLE on MA-induced testicular toxicity in male rats. Experimental protocol: After two weeks of adaptation, sixty adult male albino rats were randomly allocated into 6 equal groups each group contained 10 rats: group 1: Control normal group in which each rat received distilled water (1 ml/ daily) throughout 6 weeks. group 2: Moringa Oleifera leaves extract (MOLE) treated group in which the rats received (800 mg/kg.bwt) orally for 6 weeks (Aja et al., 2015). |
