The phenomenon of disability is considered as one of the most critical social problems which almost all of the world societies have witnessed and experienced, and so far, it is still one of the urgent problems that obstructs many individuals with all of its negative repercussions whether psychologically or socially. People with special needs must be given all the adequate attention because they are an integral part of society and they all have the ability to contribute to its progress .University stage is one of the most important and crucial stages of education in general, as it has an effect on developing the adult’s the personality and reshaping his/her mental, social and status. In this stage, the students became totally able to make up their own decisions while taking into consideration the society trends and values. Taking into consideration both the scientific and the technological progress, there has been such a rapid change that has posed a great challenge for university students with special needs. All these challenges did affect the students’ performance and being able to keep with his/her colleagues. Therefore, they do need more services and guidance that would pave the way and facilitate their educational process. The needed guidance will not be only with educational process but also, they have to guided psychologically, socially and academically. Therefore, the universities seek to provide those students with all the needed requirements from the stage of admission to the graduation stage, where it is expected that they will have a great responsibility in the future.
