Abstract In our present study, the outcome results done in radiodiagnosis and medical imaging departement, Tanta university hospital on fifty two female patients.Chronic pelvic pain is a common, disabling problem among women.It is defined in a variety of ways. A useful clinical definition of chronic pelvic pain is noncyclic pain that lasts at least 3 months; is localized to the pelvis, the anterior abdominal wall at or below the umbilicus, and is of sufficient severity to cause functional disability or require medical care. These patients were suffering from chronic pelvic pain which was the presenting complaint in our patients(100%). Another gynecological symptoms include; abnormal uterine bleeding, abnormal vaginal discharge,abdominal swelling was also found in some cases |
