Abstract
The thesis consists of five chapters :
Chapter 1 : general introduction.
Chapter 2 : ftir spectroscopic determination of some co-formulated binary hypoglycemic drugs, divided into a) ftir as analytical tool and its use in quantitation, b) simple and rapid ftir spectroscopic method for simultaneous quantification of some co-formulated hypoglycemic drugs in their binary mixtures.
Chapter 3 : development and validation of hptlc method for determination of montelukast in the presence of its degradation products.
Chapter 4 : A) General introduction to voltametry .
B) A novel tunable nanocomposite prepared from spinel p-cufeO2/ rgo/deaas for picomolar determination of ros in human plasma.
Chapter 5: simultaneous determination of ampicillin, sulbactam, vildagliptin and metronidazole in pure form, pharmaceutical dosage form and human urine.
