from time to time, societies undergo many transformations in a changing world of growing scientific, technological and political progress, revolutionizing the various social, economic, social, political and cultural sectors. In all this, changing social behavior becomes an essential feature of human society. Youth are renewable energy, the tools of the present and the most important energies and capabilities. The youth are the main element in building the future, and they will face future challenges, and the success and development of societies depends on the good investment and employment of their energies and abilities as human capital to contribute to the renaissance and progress of society. This is in addition to the impact of the revolution of 25 January on the large movements of Egyptian youth, which in turn led to the change of many of the concepts of political youth and then the creation of a special revolutionary political culture, which led to a change in many of the political behavior of young people in Egypt. Social transformation has created new political and cultural situations that have tended to focus on material values. Political behavior is an important pattern of social behavior, but it focuses on activities and events related to the rule, leadership, and coordination of society in order to achieve its objectives and satisfy the aspirations and aspirations of its members provided that these aspirations and aspirations are consistent with the nature of the social system that the legislator or the leadership is trying to strengthen and maintain its approach to dangers And internal and external challenges while at the same time working hard to consolidate, develop and develop it in the service of the goals of the social system.
