The rapid development of achieving high levels of sports in various fields of sport goes hand in hand with the technology of training sciences, and the advancement of this level did not come from a vacuum. Rather, science became the foundation. Hence, continuous efforts on deeper understanding of the basics, rules and concept of science Sports training in order to raise the level of training and achieve high levels. General fitness is the foundation on which a particular physical fitness is built. Physical fitness components are no different from general fitness components, but vary in order and number. General fitness means the efficiency of the body in facing the requirements of life in order to achieve happiness and health, so as to ensure the individual’s role in society in the best form. The concept of improving public fitness means that the individual seeks to develop its basic components in the light of some trends (comprehensiveness, the appropriate). Physical fitness is intended to highlight specific physical components and their preference for other components in light of the nature of the activity involved. It also permits the possibility of neglecting certain components when their importance is diminished for the type of activity practiced by the individual. The physical fitness of an engineer is different from the physical fitness required for a manager who spends most of the time sitting on his desk, and the physical fitness that a student must have is different In the nature and components of the fitness of the worker or peasant, and the fitness of all of these differ, of course, the fitness of the professional player. It is also mentioned in Hassanein Hassab Allah and others (2000), that volleyball is one of the collective games that have been positively influenced by the development of the various sciences related to the sport field and the modern methods and methods of training the players, which contributed to raising the level of players physically,skillfully and schematically and helped them to reach the highest level of competition has been manifested This achievement achieved the level of performance achieved by the players through the Olympic Games and World Championships, and requires the nature of the composite volleyball skills and abilities of multiple and comprehensive physical, mental, technical and planning to achieve a high level of performance in this game , and the availability of minimum physical components as prerequisites for the performance of skill in volleyball, physical preparation is the cornerstone in the achievement of advanced technical performances with a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
