Field training is the first step taken by the teacher student, in which he transfers his theoretical knowledge and limited experience to other students in the targeted education stages. Field training needs only the theoretical information that the trainer knows to the point of total digestion and comprehension. It also needs to be able to innovate, create and respond immediately, quickly and appropriately to the changing situations dictated by the training conditions required by the students’ reactions and responsiveness to the targeted training.
=It is part of the overall program of professional experience that is organized for the students of the college، and a complementary part of the theoretical studies، where the student teacher through which to link the theory and application، and develop knowledge and practical abilities، and develop values and ethics In order to prepare an efficient teacher capable of achieving the goals of physical education، without which the teacher’s preparation will be limited .
As it is necessary to familiarize the student with the appropriate teaching skills and modern methods in the teaching of motor skills, the importance of availability of this so that the student can benefit from the teacher during field training, and as a basis required for the nature of his work later.
The success of the physical education teacher depends on the extent of its preparation before graduation. Therefore, field training in the faculties of physical education is a very important stage in the teacher preparation and rehabilitation programs as the melting pot of theoretical and practical knowledge with the realities of the teaching profession in schools. I am able to help these students to move from theory to practice.
In addition, the field training provides opportunities to acquire the performance competencies of the teacher students. It also provides them with positive attitudes towards the professional education and knowledge of the problems and difficulties that may be encountered in the field of education. At the same time, the estuary is where the basic and professional sciences are combined, Including internal RFID to give an integrated professional and educational behavior, and the opportunity is available to students trainees to verify and verify the validity and relevance of all what they learned in their preparation programs of ideas and theories and scientific background and ways and methods of teaching where they And use all of this workout during their training in educational institutions.
Field training occupies a distinct position in the teacher-training program, especially pre-service preparation. Field training is an educational laboratory in which students apply most of the principles and theories of education in a practical and practical way in the real field of school.
The field training aims at helping the teacher to train in the exercise of the educational competencies required by the work in the education profession in a planned, systematic and purposeful, so that the concept is simplified and clear, it can be said that there is a set of teaching skills supposed to be available in the teacher, The student should be able to acquire these skills in a practical way by practicing them during a training process. The skills or competencies that the student should practice in his / her career, which are multiple and interrelated, where the teacher cannot acquire them day and night, but require months or years, and therefore the program of practical education is a program characterized by the breadth of time and quality, and the expansion of time here means the length of training
This revolution has witnessed an information and technological revolution that has not been witnessed in a period of time, which has had a significant impact in all fields. One of the most affected areas in this revolution is the educational field. This revolution changed the methods and strategies of education as well as the technology used in the teaching and learning processes. And provide new qualities of it contribute to the development of society and provide solutions to many of the educational problems and therefore we should take advantage of this development within our educational institutions to upgrade the educational process.
The current educational trends emphasize the need to keep pace with educational systems to the requirements and needs of the age, as well as the requirements of the future expected to occur, where modern education methods are concerned with preparing the human to be able to coexist in this world. Traditionalism is not useful in this age, it has become imperative to turn to positive education, where the active participation of the learner in order to integrate the educational process through the techniques of mainstream education technology.
E-learning is a method of education in the delivery of information to the learner and the use of modern communication mechanisms of the computer and its networks and multimedia of voice and image and search mechanisms and electronic libraries, as well as portals of the Internet, both remote or in the classroom, the use of technology of all kinds in the delivery Information for the learner in the shortest time and the least effort and the greatest benefit.
One of the most serious and serious problems facing e-learning is also the absence of the human teacher or the weakness of the teacher’s instructional role in e-learning positions, as well as the weak role of the educational institution (school and university) as social, educational and cultural institutions that convey the cultural heritage of generations through different ages. National and national identity for future generations.
The concept of ”Blended Learning” emerged as a natural evolution of
e -learning. This type of learning combines e-learning with traditional classroom learning. Learning does not eliminate e-learning nor traditional education. It is a combination of both. We do not eliminate technological development but we use it. Functionally in our regular classes or in the classroom.
Research problem:
The researcher noted that there is no theoretical course for field training, in spite of the importance of the field training for the teacher. The actual training of the student will be done by the teacher after graduating from the college, and there is a theoretical course through which the student can return. And to clarify the ambiguity and lay the scientific foundations for solving many of the mistakes in which a lot of trainees occur during the field application including (performance of field training in a non-serious manner, failure to follow pedagogical methods in treating students, neglecting preparation and place of implementation lesson, As appropriate, In addition to the many problems that face students in field training because of their actual reality without a planned study, which should be allowed to be discussed. And to clarify the scientific and practical methods appropriate to overcome them and make them a positive addition to the experiences of the student teacher rather than being a negative obstacle exhausted energy and dispersion of his efforts without a clear fruit has been used in the modern scientific and technological method in the preparation of teacher soil Sports before its descent to the public service after graduation and other necessary things that must The trainee must take into consideration that he is able to benefit from the field training and to be a successful teacher in the future. Therefore, the trainee must be fully aware of the field training before starting in schools. Hence, the idea of using the model learning method, which combines the role of the teacher with the use of modern technological methods in the process of implementing the field-training program as a Darcy course, was developed.
Research goals:
The research aims to prepare a proposed program using the model learning method to develop the level of students in field training at the Faculty of Physical Education to identify:
1. The impact of the proposed program for field training using the modeled learning method on the skills of the contemporary teacher.
2. The impact of the proposed program for field training using the learning method that is modeled on the cognitive aspects of the research.
Research hypotheses:
1. There are statistically significant differences between the intermediate and post-experimental measurements of the experimental group on the skills of the contemporary teacher for field training and for the post-measurement of the experimental group.
2. There are statistically significant differences between the average of the tribal and the remote measurements of the experimental group in the cognitive aspects of the field training and in favor of the post-measurement of the experimental group.
3. The values of the computational indicators (the magnitude of the effect) between the tribal and remote measurements of the experimental group on the skills of the contemporary teacher for field training in the direction of telemetry
4. The values of the computational indicators (the amount of the effect size) between the tribal and remote measurements of the experimental group in the cognitive aspects of field training in the direction of telemetry
The terms in the search
1. Field training: periods of teaching directed by the student teacher in schools under the supervision of a specialized educational, which bears the responsibilities of school life, including jobs.
2. Learning Formats: ”Magdy Mahmoud Fahim (2010) defines it as the type of teaching and learning in which traditional classroom education is combined with e-learning in a single integrated framework in order to take advantage of each other’s advantages in teaching courses, Increase in achievement, research skills development and the trend towards information technology among students of the Faculty of Physical Education.
3. The cognitive aspect: It is the aspect of remembering and understanding knowledge as it extends to the development of mental abilities and skills. This area is divided into six levels ranging from memory to understanding, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation.
