The Theme Of This Study goes around and focuses on the international protection delivering relief supplies to civil people during armed conflicts .
This study aims at standing on the rules of the international humanitarian law (I H L ) which are connected to them and through seeking to achieve this target opinions of some general international law jurists were researched . And the attitude of the united nations towards this matter .
Also, this study aims at analyzing the law rules that concerns the bases and securities of safe guarding of relief supplies delivering to the civil people who are victims of both international and non-international armed conflicts . And these are mentioned in the four Geneva conventions 1949 and its two additional protocols issued in 1977 . The study decides on the inductive analytic method to achieve its desired target.
