Abstract The present study was planned to determinate marbofloxacin residues in different rabbit tissues (liver, muscles, kidney, spleen, heart, lung) and serum following multiple intramuscular administrations of the drug. also to detect the effect of dexamethasone on tissue residues of marbofloxacin when co-administrated together and to evaluate the withdrawal time of marbofloxacin in rabbit tissues after multiple intramuscular administrations. . Reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) and solid phase extraction (SPE) were used for determination of these antibiotic residues concentrations in serum and tissue samples.
